Terms and Conditions
We’re so happy to have you here. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please review the following Terms and Conditions for your booking. If you have any questions, feel free to ask by emailing us. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and fresh space for all!
General:
Respect the space: Please treat our studio, furniture, props and equipment with care.
Furniture handling: Avoid dragging furniture across the floor to prevent damage. You’re welcome to rearrange furniture, but please do so with care.
Return items: If you rearrange any props or furniture, ensure they are returned to their original positions.
Cleanliness: Leaving the studio messy or failing to return furniture to its proper place will incur a $100 fee.
Consideration: Our studio is located in a shared industrial space. You’re welcome to use our in-studio speaker to match your vibe, but please be mindful of other tenants.
Loading/unloading: Any loading or unloading must be done within your booked time.
Grace period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed after your booking session. Overtime may be charged at $30 per 15 minutes beyond this grace period.
Setup/clean-up time: Account for any setup or clean-up time within your booking, or additional charges will apply.
Closing procedures: After your session, follow the instructions for turning off equipment and securing the studio. You will also receive directions for returning the studio keys via email upon booking. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.
Damages:
Furniture and props: If any furniture or props are broken, stained or ripped during your booking, you will be charged for the repair or full replacement.
Equipment usage: Only use equipment that you have booked. If you book content creation, you are not booked to use the podcasting equipment. If you damage any studio equipment, you will be charged for its repair or full replacement. Handle all equipment with care and respect.
Cancellations:
Due to our booking and scheduling system taking an automatic cut of each booking, we are unable to offer refunds, only reschedules.
